Terms and Conditions

VEYRO, by e404 Technology · Last updated 8 October 2026

These terms are between you and e404 Technology (“we”) for the VEYRO game and the VEYRO account service. By installing VEYRO, creating an account, or playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Our site is e404.in. Questions go to [email protected].

The privacy policy explains what information the game handles. The account deletion page explains how to close an account.

The licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play VEYRO on phones you own or control, for as long as these terms are in force. The licence is for your own play. It is not a sale of the software. You may not copy the game except as the phone’s ordinary install process does, reverse engineer it except where the law forbids that limit, rent it out, or resell it.

VEYRO, the e404 name, the logo, maps, characters, missions, text, and audio in the game are ours or are used by us under licence. Fonts bundled with the game remain under their own licences (Russo One and Rajdhani, SIL Open Font License 1.1). Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.

Who can play

VEYRO is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13. If you are under 18, you may play only if a parent or guardian agrees to these terms and is responsible for your account.

Accounts

Some features need an account: email and a password, Sign in with Google, or a phone number with a WhatsApp code. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping the password to yourself. Callsigns may not include another person’s contact details, hate speech, or sexual content. We may refuse or reclaim a callsign that breaks those rules or that impersonates someone else.

There is no paid store in the current game. Items, titles, and progress are earned by playing. If we add purchases later, we will say so in the app and update these terms before you are charged.

How to behave

You will not:

You can mute a player, turn your own microphone off, block someone, or file a report from the app. Reports are kept on your phone until a moderation service exists to receive them. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.

Multiplayer

A match is hosted on a player’s phone. That host’s device runs combat, mission state, and the relay of live voice for the session. Other players in the room can see your callsign and what your character does. A Play Zone listing, while you are signed in and hosting, publishes the room’s address so others can join. Play is on a best-effort basis: a room can fail because of a network, a host leaving, or a bug.

What you submit

You keep your callsign, squad name, and any other text you type. You give us permission to store that text and to show it to you and to other players as the game does (a callsign on a profile, a name in a lobby, a squad name on members’ devices). That permission ends when the text is deleted, except for copies already shown in a session that has finished, and for what we must keep by law. Do not send us anything you are not allowed to share.

If you email us ideas or feedback, we may use them to change the game without owing you a payment.

Your phone, our service

Progress, achievements, and squad data are saved on the device. An online profile is a copy the phone sends up. Deleting the account removes the online copy and leaves the phone’s save in place. Resetting progress in Settings erases the save on that phone. We do not promise that a local save will survive a reinstall, a lost phone, or a bug.

The game and the account service are provided as they are, and as they are available. We may change, suspend, or stop a feature, a mission, or the service. We do not promise uninterrupted play, a particular frame rate, or that a match will complete.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damage arising from the game or these terms. Our total liability arising out of the game, in a given claim, is limited to the amount you paid e404 Technology for VEYRO in the three months before the claim. If you have paid nothing, that limit is zero. Some places do not allow these limits. Where a limit is not allowed, it does not apply, and nothing here excludes liability that the law says cannot be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or injury caused by negligence.

Ending

You may stop playing at any time and you may delete your account. We may stop providing VEYRO, or close your account, if you break these terms or if we discontinue the game. Sections that should survive ending (ownership, the licence limits, liability, and the governing law) still apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have jurisdiction, without limiting any right you have as a consumer that a local law does not let you waive. If a court holds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

When these terms change, the date at the top changes. Continuing to play after the new date means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, stop playing and delete your account.
