This page explains how to delete a VEYRO account with e404 Technology, what that deletion removes, and what it leaves in place. The privacy policy describes the same data in more detail.
Delete it in the app
- Open VEYRO and sign in.
- Open your account from the title screen, or go to Settings → Account.
- Tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
- Tap TAP AGAIN TO DELETE to confirm.
The account service deletes the account as soon as that request succeeds. The app then tells you the account is gone and that progress on this phone is unchanged.
Or ask by email
If you cannot open the app, email [email protected] from the address on the account, or include the phone number on the account. Use the subject “Delete my VEYRO account”. We complete email requests within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm you control that email or number before we delete it.
What we delete
Deleting the account removes it from the VEYRO account service:
- Email address, phone number, Google account identifier, password hash, and display name.
- The online profile: callsign, title, hero, level, XP, missions, wins, and achievement count.
- Any Play Zone you were hosting.
Sign-in codes are stored only as hashes and already expire after 15 minutes. They are not a lasting copy of the account.
We do not keep a separate backup of the account for later restore. Squad voice was never recorded, so there is no voice file to delete.
What stays on the phone
Account deletion does not wipe the phone. Level, achievements, titles, records, squad data, settings, the anonymous install id, crash notes, and any player reports you saved remain in the app’s storage.
To remove that copy, use Settings → Progress → Reset, then confirm, or uninstall VEYRO (or clear the app’s storage in the phone’s settings). Reset erases progress, achievements, titles, records, and the squad on that phone. Uninstalling or clearing storage also removes local settings, diagnostics, and reports.
What we may still have
If you wrote to us to ask for deletion, we keep that email long enough to show the request was handled, then delete it in the ordinary course of our mail. We do not keep the game account itself after deletion. If a law requires us to retain a specific record, we keep only that record, and only for as long as the law requires.
After deletion
The same email, Google account, or phone number can be used to create a new VEYRO account later. The old profile, callsign reservation, and hosted room do not come back with it. Progress that is still on a phone is a local save, not the deleted account.
